1.2 The machine tool can complete the processing of straight lines, arcs, metric and inch threads, and multi-start threads. It can be used for turning disk and shaft parts with complex shapes and high precision requirements.
1.3 The X-axis and Z-axis guide rails of the machine tool adopt hard sliding guide rails. The machine tool is suitable for heavy turning and has good machining accuracy retention.
1.4 CNC system Guangshu control system + servo drive, and the spindle adopts variable frequency spindle.
1.5 It adopts domestic famous ball screws and Japanese NSK screw bearings.
1.6 The spindle unit adopts the Japanese NSK spindle bearing group, and after precision assembly and dynamic balancing test, it ensures high spindle precision, low noise, strong rigidity, and can achieve stepless speed regulation and constant speed cutting, and start and stop quickly.

Precautions for danger during the operation of CK6150 CNC lathe:
