VMC1060 centro mecanizado  is a semi-closed loop vertical machining center with X, Y,Z axis servo direct control. The three axis are made with straight ball- guide which has big load, wide span, and high precision. It has reasonable structure and compact size. The spindle axis is driven by a servo motor through the synchronous belt. That various plates, boards, shells, cams, casts and other complex parts can be implemented in on clamping and it can also complete multiple processing like drilling,milling,boring,proliferation,hinged,rigid tapping and so on. It is fit for production of various kinds or of small quantity and also works best for complex and high precision components processing. The fourth axis can be equipped to meet the processing requirements of special parts.

2,VMC1060 centro mecanizado Main Structure Feature

 1. The base, sliding seat, work table, column, and headstock are made with HT250 cast iron. The base is made with case structure and compact and reasonable symmetric reinforcement structure which ensures the high stiffness, bending resistance and shock-absorbing performance of the infrastructure. The column with A-shaped bridge span and grid reinforcement inside strongly ensures the rigidity and precision of Z axis during heavy cutting. That the infrastructure went through phenolic and molding and also aging treatment provides a guarantee of the stability during the long-term machine tool using.

 2.The guide rail of X,Y,Z axis adopts the overloaded straight ball-guide of HIWIN company in Taiwan, which has fast speed, high rigidity, low friction, low noise, low temperature changes and so many other good features. Combing with automatic forced lubrication can greatly extend the accuracy life of the machine.

 3. Weight balance is added along the Z direction to guarantee that the main spindle box moves smoothly and stably. The driving motor along the Z direction has power off braking device.

 4. The feeding system of X, Y, Z axis, adopting preloaded double screwed steep-lead ball screw with high precision and high strength loop inside, is very fast. The driving motor is directly connected through flexible coupling and screw. The feeding servo motor transmits power straightly to high-precise screw without gap, which ensures the accurate positioning and synchronous of the machine.

 5.It uses fast-speed, high-precise and high rigid spindle units. The axial and radial bearing have large load capacity, with its maximum speed to 8000rpm.

 6.The spindle adopts center inflatable structure. When the spindle unclamped, it will clean the spindle taper quickly by center high-pressed air, which guarantees the accuracy and using life of the clamp. 

VMC1060 centro mecanizado adopts a vertical frame layout, with the columns fixed on the bed. The spindle box moves up and down along the columns (in the Z direction), the slide moves longitudinally along the bed (in the Y direction), and the worktable moves laterally along the slide (in the X direction).

The bed, worktable, slide, column, spindle box and other large components are all made of high-strength cast iron material, with a resin sand process and two aging treatments to eliminate stress. These large components are optimized using SW and Ansys design, which improves the stiffness and stability of both the large components and the entire machine, effectively suppressing machine deformation and vibration caused by cutting forces.

X. The Y and Z-axis guide rail pairs adopt rolling linear guides, which have low dynamic and static friction, high sensitivity, low high-speed vibration, no crawling at low speeds, high positioning accuracy, excellent servo drive performance, and improve the accuracy and stability of the machine tool.

X. The Y and Z-axis servo motors are directly coupled with high-precision ball screws through elastic couplings, reducing intermediate links and achieving seamless transmission, flexible feed, accurate positioning, and high transmission accuracy.

The Z-axis servo motor has an automatic brake function, which can automatically brake the motor shaft in the event of power failure, preventing it from rotating and providing safety protection.

The spindle assembly is produced by a professional manufacturer in Taiwan, with high precision and rigidity. The bearings are P4 grade spindle specific bearings. After the entire spindle is assembled under constant temperature conditions, it undergoes dynamic balance correction and running in testing, which improves the service life and reliability of the entire spindle.

The spindle can achieve stepless speed regulation within its speed range, and the spindle is controlled by a built-in encoder of the motor, which can achieve spindle orientation and rigid tapping function.
