We ship to almost every country in the world, and we use large, trusted international carriers to ensure your machine reaches its destination quickly and safely. We also offer free flat-rate shipping on all our products to most destinations.

We will perform strict quality control on your machine and ensure it is properly packaged before preparing it for shipment. We are pleased to announce that most orders can now be shipped within 15 days. Please note that small orders may still take 30-40 business days, depending on stock availability.

Please note that processing time is not included in shipping time. The total time it takes to receive your order is processing time + shipping time. If you have any issues with your order, you can submit a ticket to our support center for further assistance. Our dedicated customer service team will contact you within 24 hours.

Note: During public holidays, shipping times may be affected as manufacturers and couriers limit their operations during these times. While this is unfortunately beyond our control, we will do our best to improve this issue.

Tax

Please note that all machines are shipped from different Chinese factories. Our items are shipped duty-free, so import taxes may be incurred depending on your country's customs and shipping methods. You can consult your local customs office for more information.
